S&P 500 Index - Is this beginning of a new strong bear market?

V correction.
It retrace perfectly to 0.786 Fib and found a strong horizontal resistance at ~2814$. Is it possible that this little bull run was just B wave, and that we are looking for big down trend now (looking for C wave)? Fifth wave finished. Looking for retrace at least to 0.382 Fib.
200 MA maybe be a current support for a while.
