SPX Rising Wedge since 1985

Well kind of self explanatory title really - as well as a self explanatory chart.

I connected the 1987 high, the 1999 high and the 2020 high together - and what do you know lke magic it appears as though we are poised for a move down.

Hell you could count the 1987 high as wave 1, the 1999 high as wave 3 and now we are completing an extended 5th wave here but I'm no EW expert.
