SMH Divergence or buying opportunity?

With technology taking a hit and semiconductors not looking too good right now, could this be the beginning of a big drop for smh? As always, I avoid these type of situations cause it's always easier to join the party later. If smh makes new high--> then join. If smh breaks support ---> then join. I don't see a need to buy/sell a wedge pattern. Anyways leave a comment. Or don't. Peace.
