Not a single company has ever waited until after market close to file their 10k on the day of an EXTENDED deadline to file their 10k. Not one. Ever.

Is SMCI nvda's 3rd or 4th largest customer? Yes.

Does SMCI's failure to get a cpa firm willing to sign off on the 10k mean it will affect nvda?

Maybe "things" do still matter?!?

Maybe, just Maybe, there actually are still rules and stuff??!! Could it be?

Maybe people do realize the fraud in (nvda 3rd largest customer) the smci 10k fillings that ended with the CPA firm BDU stating that basically they could not firm the accuracy or even legitimacy of all reported data and didn't actually sign off on the audit. We all know smci is really just storing nvidia gpu's in warehouses somewhere an dcalling them sells. Just like in 2017...

Maybe the reality that NVIDIA (despite the smci fraud) is highly unlikely to achieve the gross revenue projection over the next 12 months and continue to loss margin. MAYBE people actually paid attention to the ("channel stuffing) curious case of NVIDIA NVDA #nvda nvda growth in reported quarterly Account Receivables to appear a little bit suspicious. BY GOD MAYBE PEOPLE ARE STILL PAYING ATTENTION?!

this is gonna be an epic disruption once the world finally catches on and repeats the nvidia price movements of 2018.
How long until this happens? I say 3-6 months. but im always too early.
