A political play around student debit

Looking at the monthly chart we might have a repeat of 2017. During the 2008 crash, it got hurt hard but a lot of stocks are trading at all-time highs. If any democrat comes into the office this will most likely fall. If Bernie Sanders gets the democratic nomination I would not want to be holding this. If Trump gets re-elected it will most like go towards a new all-time high.
