SESN broke out of a fat triangle measured move is to $7.65, but we'll probably pull back to the 61.8 Fibonacci ($1.65ish) and fill the gap before higher prices. Should get approval by FDA by EOY (82% chance) and start announcing global partnerships mid 2020 (6-10 partnerships). Also a shortage for treating this disease so FDA has it fast tracked. Bullish but wait for a good entry and hammer some long-term calls.
