SEI - Possible double-bottom?

I believe SEI is bottoming out here and we should see a mid-term trend reversal coming weeks. Looking at the chart we have a pretty obvious double-bottom pattern in the making but it's not confirmed yet. If we see something like this I am going to risk a long. Target as shown in the chart.
