iEx.ec or RLC is about cloud computing and its one of the projects that brings blockchain to a good use for real world applications.
Its a high risk coin again due to its low volume.
That said the ichimoku cloud is bullish, the downtrend was broken and an up trend was confirmed.
Not going to provide targets because its trade on your own due to its risk.
Personally I bought in, but dont ask me when to sell or any details because I will just ignore such questions.
Use a sell loss if you decide to trade, and always keep an eye on the chart.
