RISE - double bottom, time for a retrace?

Looks like we pulled a double bottom on the 618, approaching the resistance level now. If we can break through i would be aiming for a full retrace of this runs high, with a SL under the just broken resistance. RSI forming higher highs and higher lows and currently mid range, with macd also showing some divergence on the bullish side.
