Earning is Coming! WIll it help Break-out Upside above 40?

Since its peak 54.20 Sept-last year, the price had hard time to break out upside from what seems overhead resistance $40. Unbreakable! Now, there is a good chance that may happen tomorrow after market close or the stock will head back to May low this year which will be a brutal pressure if that is what will happen if they miss both top and bottom or guide lower.
