QQQ completed ABC!

So QQQ just completed a text book ABC of wave B or Wave 2. And stopped at at uptrend line it broke down from. Most Bullish outlook will be ABC correction and go see new highs within 2-3 years Or a Bearish one will be that we are starting Wave 3, which will be impulsive in nature and the longest! Who will win? Also VIX broke out!
