$PYPL - entering dip buy area (long term)

Paypal could take awhile to recover, but it appears that we are looking for our cycle wave IV bottom still and we are in a flat correction. I expect that it will find bottom between 226-244 with highest probability at 232.

Long term PT (sometime likely by end of next year) I think it can see 380-400. Stop loss below 220
