PWON makes a new higher high

Pwon stocks in the short term form a very regular downtrend Lower Low (LL), Lower High (LH), and so on. then PWON cannot penetrate the lowest LL and create a new HH and break of the flag pattern. So it is hoped that PWON can now make a swing low and become the second HL.
