Strong .70 cent resistance

PPT has been in this long downward channel ( it’s been in this channel since June 7th 2018) and as shown in this graph it can go either way but I know there’s a 60% chance that it will break on this upcoming jump in the market coming towards the end of November. -60% or +140%..... we’ll see.
