PLUG Possible Double Bottom

Looking close into PLUG the over all daily pattern is a falling wedge. However, in the hourly time frame there looks to be a Adam and Eve double bottom looking for a break of the neckline at $19.08 on the hourly time frame. If we can't close above this point I'm shorting PLUG. If we close above this point shown as the green line I'm long currently waiting for confirmation.
