Time to take some off the table...nice run!! Trading out 50% @ 41.38 for a 38% gain. Profit set aside to re-enter when share price stabilizes (or till I kick my ass for selling if it continues upward)

A 1 yr update....this is how you fail as a trader...watch a great stock turn soft and stupidly hold your position because "it's a long hold". Shamefully I'm 13% under right now and the div isn't making it worthwhile. Selling at a loss if my hardest thing...maybe I can pull the trigger...maybe I will convince myself that it's time to put more in....who knows. Anyone out there have thoughts?

Still failing...PLC continues to disappoint on SP even though they continue to accumulate more homes and seem to be growing.
Guess the lesson continues! Still no trigger pull. Someone tell me I'm an idiot out there
