Breakout on PHX. Confirmed?

In my previous chart. I did not have Elliot waves incorporated. Here, we have what looks like a completed 5th wave C with a break out to the upside. Also. We have lower (lows and highs) on price, and higher (lows and highs) on RSI. Looks like to me its up, up and away starting now! Any feedback is appreciated. I've only been doing this since December.
