I think it's a really good moment to buy a hold for a long period. My view is based on the high dividend paid by the closed end fund & technical analysis. From technical analysis point of view it's over sold based on 4h chart mainly and the divergence on CCI and Chaikin Oscillator. From fundamental point of view Z-Score is below -2 for 1/2 year & 1 year, which is something I really like. The only thing that worries me a little is that the fund uses leverage, how ever it's not high (info based on cefconnect.com) and the fund is focused on Bonds which tend to have lower volatility than stocks in general.
