PFC - Play the Range

PFC - Every time it has hit a bottom around 80-70, it has taken a 9-14 month to give 50% plus returns. Dividened of 6%+ yield is a bonus. What else one needs. Now wait for it to fall around 80-90, grab it and treat it like an 1 Year FD.
