PEP longer term break out

PEP was in a distribution phase. Appears it's breaking out. This market has been terrible with ATH break outs. Therefore, one could have a trigger for Protective puts incase PEP gets back into the channel.
The Protective Put trigger could also be good for a collar. Targets are based on longer term fibs. This trade could take a WHILE - for my longer term / bigger account trader...
