Potential Reversal

We're in a potential reversal area, and if the price breaks above the pennant then a reversal should occur and will take it as a buy signal. As it is typically a continuation signal I'm assuming it's going to break down, but it seems that alts are starting to go on a bull run and this could be the start for NXT. If it breaks down then will buy in once price has confirmed reversal. Still looking at that 0.00004 - 0.000039 area
