🟢 #Nifty took support near VPOC and sharply recovered and closed near day high paring the early morning losses.
🟢 #BankNifty took support near VPOC and 36588 polarity level and sharply recovered 2% closing near the day high.
🟢 #Nifty made a #VSABreakOut candle on daily charts. #RSIStairs regained 55+ levels in 75M charts with bullishness
🟢 #BankNifty made a #BullishPinBar candle on daily with wide range & very high volume & price rejection at lows.
#Nifty Technicals:
🟡 Momentum indicators RSIStairs continues to remain overbought in Nifty D(72.8), W(78.98), M(78.11). ADX D(42.88)
🟡 20 DEMA = 17214. 17366/17212 is major support in #Nifty on DCB below which market will reverse the #ShortTerm trend.
🟡 VPOC of the recent uptrend is placed near 17355-17375. Closing and sustaining below will give first sign of weakness.
🟡 In case #Nifty breaks these levels and start going down, next support as per volume profile placed at 16688/16188.
🟢 #Nifty PCR is very low and can give one reason for recovery when global markets are also recovering today morning.
Global markets (Monday):
🔴 US markets opened strongly but closed marginally lower in a volatile session paring the gains. Future is flat.
🔴 European markets closed higher by 1-1.5% paring its losses from previous session. Futures trading higher today.
🟢 Asian markets trading lower. SGX Nifty trading marginally lower indicating a muted opening in the Indian indices.
News & Other Data:
🟢 FII's were net buyers of 3000cr. DII's also bought 2167Cr. No major activity in the indexes before the FED event.
🟡 Global markets looks nervous before the FED FOMC meeting. It could be nonevent & don't expect any big announcement.
TradePlan:
🔴 Selling 17550 + ATM #Straddle after 9.30 can be a good idea. After 3 volatile days market may consolidate today.
🔴 Profit booking in case of a wild gap up can be a good idea basis price action in lower timeframe charts (15/25M).
