In Harmonics, nearer to Crucial Formation.
Above @ 9652 (Completion of Bearish CYPHER), Pattern Should Change to "Bearish SHARK"
Then point "D" = 9674.50 (0.886 of XA) & Extended to 9729.70 (1.13 of XA) (New HIGH)
