NIFTY has closed on a positive note with 1.7% gain. Last day planned to trade the big gap up/down with the help of 10 o'clock range breakout. We also planned that a directional move is expected above 16750 and below 16435. The upper range was broken a trendy move was seen till our target 19000(16947).
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 5 Min candle closes above 16950 we will once again long for the target of 17000, 17065 and 17115. Just need to be alert on the psychological level 17000.
For selling we need a 5 min candle close below 16870. Targets will be 16800, 16750 and below 16745 we will head towards 16680.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
