Now that Nifty has broken parallel channel upside and almost closed above previous resistance of 16700 i expect gapup on monday.
Nifty to continue it's bullishness has to give close above 16850 levels as there lies strong resistance.
Otherwise we can see some selloff.
Black trendline shows major resistance levels..if sustains above that will be very bullish.
