According to news on June 16, the NFT lending agreement Arcade has facilitated the loan of 2 Rolex physical watches with a loan amount of 14,500USDC. A Rolex watch owner sends the watch to escrow company 4K Protocol, which tokenizes the watch and mints a corresponding NFT for the watch owner, who then uses the NFT to apply for a loan.
