NEO has shown a ton of support at $27. Without China risk, NEO stays above $27. Negative China risk seems exhausted, positive China news will be a huge catalyst for NEO. Buy at $27 for day trading or a longer term position, good buy at that price.

The 0.5 retracement level seems to be shutting down NEO rallies. However, this coiled spring is bound to pop sooner or later. If NEO pushes through the $34 with significance then a push to wedge top at 0.618 level is a reasonable TP level, set $2 trailing stop at $33.
