NEO Comeback?

NEO is longing to make a comeback if it can break through the downward trend line (yellow line). I'm thinking that once the BTC wave rises, it will take NEO along for a ride.

BTC is in an upward trend already, so I see little probability of a complete NEO breakdown in the near future.
