NEO/USD possibility to go long

As we can see from the chart, NEO has formed HL (higher low), but still could not break its resistance levels at 40-42$ and EMA50 level, this is why it did not form new HH (higher high), now we can expect a little pullback to 34-35$ levels and impulse to previous resistance level at 41$. If price pass through formed resistance level at 41$ than there is a strong possibility to a bigger impulse and price of NEO can reach 50$.
If price do not break its resistance at 41$ it can lead to its previous support level at 27-30$ and it would bring panic and big sell-off of NEO
