Students of Gann dont like such tasteless tacky things but there's a inverse h&s forming here - ugh - I was initially thinking of around $84 top for Neo but should that downtrend break its going to $122 - General market sentiment will decide, we'll see the signs nearer the time, the downtrend holding or breaking mainly.
