NEOUSD-Neutral with a Bearish skew-16.10.2017

Right now the resistance trend line still holds as there was no follow through after Friday's "projected" bull rally. In fact stochastics are still bearish and $24 is still our immediate support zone. Any break above $31 area of price rejection means bulls are in charge however if price breach $24, then we enter short as the support trend line break below on 12.10.2017 confirms that two stages of a break out is now complete. That of the actual break out and a retest-which happened on 12.10.2017.
