Looks like NEON is going for a bull!!

Looking at the chart there is clear indication that the price is consolidating and is respecting the support and resistance level and soon it will achieve a new high (although it can slide low) but with stock market closed and overall bullish rally toward crypto it seems it is heading for a bull run.
