NEO Bullish possible scenario

I'm new to TA and still learning, but I thought this might be worth sharing.
Seeing a bull pennant on NEO, with hidden bull div and a bullish kumo twist.
Volume is still relatively low but should ramp up on breakout, if there is one. As I said, i'm new and still learning :)

Price fell out of the bottom of pennant, too bad guys. Show's over, for now :(
