Possible Reversal To the up side

I have a strong feeling that this bearish momentum is drying up for the moment. Most bear runs on lately pertaining to NAS 100. We are on the verge of a CHOCH. If price manages to close above the blue line then my bias will be bullish and I'll wait on a set up to form during the New York session. I'm expecting NAS to put in a new ATH.

If we are not able to see a change of character them another bearish move could be in the cards.
