I just sent Nano to Binance--1.5 min later it was avail to trade

Whoever's been suppressing Nano is prob doing it because they love it and want to buy cheaper OR they know the threat it poses to other coins. I could send $1mm to China for ZERO fee's in the time it takes to send a text message.
What would be the cost to wire $1mm anywhere and how long would it take?
