Ramaco Resources bouncing back down; continuing downtrend

The price of Ramaco Resources has been on a downtrend for several months now and it looks like that will continue for the near future. The MACD just crossed below the 9 EMA, the RSI 14 is still a good bit away from being oversold and after being rejected by the 200 SMA and crossing all SMAs back down again, all signals say sell.
