LTCUSD break up ascending triangle and will go up

I saw that LTCUSD just break up the ascending triangle there fore 2 possibility which is go down a little bit and go up OR
go up to TP1 or TP2 now
so I think that this pair LTCUSD is BUY now or wait it go down a bit and BUY
