perfect entry for LTCBTC depending on what BTC dose next

If btc breaks 13K in the next day or so Alts will dump hard including LTC, alternatively if BTC tries 13K gets rejected and moves sideways for a week this could be a good entry personally I'm going to wait a day or two to see what palys out
