Based on my analysis,

If you have LINK, you should sell it because 3 of my signals show us to sell. Also, the candles crush the resistance line(12.7806).

If you do not have LINK, you should wait;

a) the candles open and close above the resistance line(12.7806)
b) if the candles continue to go down, we may wait for the support line(6.6163) to buy it.
