IDK if a "bear market" is necessarily the outcome... but the point is that if you have no LINK, and want it as part of your portfolio long term.... this is a low risk opportunity to acquire some. A good time to pick up 25-33 % of your desired position.Seems a good chance a LO @ $18 will get filled.
