LBRY Credits TA - Looks like it's about to pop

If it continues down that descending wedge for a few more days it looks like it could go crazy. But how does the entire market play into that? I'm very amature here any experience wanna help? As in, considering how bad bearish the market is right now will that affect the chart etc or does it still have the potential to pop? Or will it just be a small one if it does? Or does it make it completely irrelevant?
