IOTXUSDT is testing the 4h resistance

The price had a breakout from the bull flag and retest the 4h resistance on 0.10$.
This area is very strong, if you look on the left you can see that the price got bounces and rejections from it, it means that the market "suffers" on this area

How to approach?
The price needs to have a new breakout from the resistance and confirm it.
