As we can clearly see in the 4h 
IOTABTC. A descending triangle is forming in the final wave Y . We can interpret this to be an ending diagonal ( failing wedge) which might indicate that a New Cycle should start at the completion of the Y wave, thus we might have a New Bull Trend.We could expect this to be happening in the first half of March ( or when the wave completes) ! Happy Trading! Of course we must watch for the market Fundamentals and see if they will support the star of a new trend. (This is my own view , trade it at your own risk :) )
