$ILV Bottom signal

I have no idea if this is the bottom for ILV. I know there is a small available supply at the moment, and the price manages to only go lower. BUT... there is some hope when looking at the divergence on the RSI. Looks like it at the least forming a short term reversal, most of the people I see think the world is going to end soon, so it makes perfect sense that ILV pumps 100% in the next few weeks along that line of thinking.
