ICON may go for new bullish trend

The small cup has been filled. But the upward movement may need to continue. And 200 EMA maybe worked like resistance before. So we need to watch the reaction. If price breaks 200 EMA -upward- maybe we can see some upward price movements.
Alternate scenario, the price can't break 200 EMA, price maybe move through bottom line (0.1075).
