Will ICON, ICXBTC Bounce Back Soon?

ICON, ICXBTC on Binance is both in the 15 min. as the hourly timeframe oversold. The RSI on the 15 min. is going up already and has a little divergence to it.

The last time the hourly RSI was this oversold (around 20) on February 11, ICXBTC bounced very nicely. Will it do it again this time?
