Coincidence or price manipulation?

I had not seen this before on chart. It has happened 3 times in last 2 months. Will it happen again and we might approximately predict the next correction day? This is just a wild idea that i noticed on chart, this is not a trading advice. But keep in mind these dates (22-24 november) and lets see what happens.

And each drop down is almost identical around ~30% correction

A bit funny how it basically went the other way as i drew it on the chart, like mirrored it to the downside, but as we can see the crash came again i about 14 days. So this is a thing you could keep in mind and expect a new crash in about 14 days.
Still we are in a bullmarket and this is a healthy correction, we can see that the whole market is down and bitcoin is taking a massive correction. So it should all soon start to move back up again. There is a possibility that ICP touches the 30-35$ range but the same chance is that bitcoin stops dumping and ICP starts to move back up.
Currently i see a double bottom on ICP daily chart. That is a bullish sign
