ICL Is Getting Ready To Conquer Higher Grounds

Intelligent money has been buying ICL during the last 16 months. ICL share price has been moving laterally for 24 months. We can't know exactly when this lateral trend will end, however what we can see from a value point of view is that ICL is undervalued at least 80% based on its current share price. Technically, once the $4.20 resistance wil break, the easier for the share price to reach the following goals: $4.59, $4.96 and at least $5.85 in the mid term.
