Still trending upward?

Trading at 19.59 now. Weekly RSI at 82, but hourly RSI at 32. It seems like an entry point on the hourly charts, but an exit point on the weekly charts. As a momentum trader, this is where I usually get stuck. Seems like an uptrend, but volume is decreasing... Anyone have any thoughts on this? Is there any more upside to this trade?
