Recent Technical Indicators mark a good time to buy Hemispherx

I hold a small long position in HEB and am looking to make a trade here in the ~upper-mid~ $0.20's. ($0.27ish hopefully). This short-term trade is based on the recent technical indicators included in my chart. The upper trend-line looks to be a good short-term target and as of today it sits at $0.36.

Because of the nature of mall-cap bio-pharma, this is considered a high-risk trade and you may wish to consider the use of stop-loss.
